The delegation consisting of Union Minister Prakash Javadekar and J.P. Nadda reached Bengaluru on Tuesday night to look into ways to form a BJP government in Karnataka. Meanwhile, the BJP held its legislative meeting on Wednesday morning and unanimously elected B.S. Yeddyurappa as their leader of the assembly. A short while later, the Congress and the JDS called their legislative meetings as well. However, as per reports, 12 MLAs of the Congress party have not yet arrived in Bengaluru for the meeting while 2 MLAs of the JDS are also missing. The race for forming the next Karnataka government is going down to the wire, with both the BJP and the Cong-JDS alliance, not ready to give up. Stay tuned to AajTak for more updates.
